I don’t know what time you were there but most of the VietNamese students have only half day school
This was a half day for exams.
I think you should learn more about teens of middle class family in Vietnam. When you took the photo, I think very many high school in summer holidays or the students finished last exams and was waiting for holidays (they went to school but they didn’t study any more).
