A site everybody knows in Vietnam, the traffic police are quiet well known.  For some, this motorcycle means getting your wallet out in a country where graft is a huge problem.  For others, it is a great promising profession.  Some traffic police are able to invest their money for other projects and businesses and become quite successful.  It is all relative.
