We spent half a day in Tash Kumyr, Kyrgyzstan, testing students for ACCELS “Freedom Support Act’s FLEX” program. It is a small city that can be difficult to reach. We had to drive along a mountainside until we reached the dam. From there we could cross a bridge over the Naryn River to Tash Kumyr.
